Scottsdale Child Care & Learning Centers are extremely careful in the assessment of employee applications.

  • Fingerprinting and background checks are conducted on all of our employees from our teachers to our maintenance personnel.
  • Parents may enter the facility at any time to see how their child is doing.
  • Television cameras monitor rooms, so you or the management may observe the staff or your child.
  • Each facility is designed for security; fences and locked gates surround the property.
  • All classroom doors have windows in them for observation.
  • Your child will only be released to those individuals who you list in the child's enrollment records. Photo identification is required.
  • Office staff is certified in C.P.R. & First Aid.
  • Smoke alarms & heat sensors monitor each facility, and a fire sprinkler system is in each room.
Nutrition

Numerous Studies have been documented on the value of meeting daily nutritional requirements, and your child's ability to learn, think quickly, pay attention and get along with other.
  • Every morning until 8:00, we offer a bowl of cereal and juice or milk at no charge to insure that your child starts his/her day off right.
  • Your child will be offered morning and afternoon snacks and lunch that are nutritionally balanced and meet the required food components and portion size at each meal.
